School Sport Australia (SSA) presents the SSA Cricket Championships on an annual basis.

Please read the Team Vic Information Sheet before registering. This document contains important information on the SSV Team Vic Program, in relation to eligibility, registration, multiclass, selection, participation costs and financial assistance.

Registrations for 12 Years and Under Girls and Boys teams will open later in 2025.

Registrations for the 15 Years and Under Girls team will open later in 2025. 


15 Years and Under Boys

SSV and Cricket Victoria have partnered to select players from the Craig Shield and Dowling Shield representative competitions. This is a change for 2025 due to the event being announced in late 2024 and team selections needing to be completed by February 2025.


School Sport Victoria enters one representative team in each of the following School Sport Australia Cricket Championships:

  • 12 Years and Under Girls
  • 12 Years and Under Boys
  • 15 Years and Under Girls
  • 15 Years and Under Boys
