The School Sport Australia Games 04 have kicked off, with competition starting on Sunday 26 July across Melbourne.

We'll be at certain events across the week, capturing our Team Vic student athletes and officials giving it their all as they represent their State, and bringing it to you to the best of our ability! We'll also be posting daily results, these may vary in when posted, but we ensure you we will have each days Team Vic results covered on our Facebook & Instagram accounts, and you can always head to www.schoolsportaustralia.edu.au to keep up with the live results. See Sunday's results in the tiles, noting we're still waiting on results from Swimming & Diving, and they will be shared as soon as we do! We have a phenomenal achievement to celebrate on the greens! ⛳️✨ A massive congratulations to Kilvington Grammar School student, David, for capturing the 2026 School Sport Associations of Victoria Golf Championship title! 🏆🏌️‍♂️ Taming the iconic Lonsdale Links is a daunting task for any golfer, but the 14-year-old rising star rose to the occasion with remarkable focus, finishing with an unbelievable 3-under-par round of 67. To secure a state-level championship with such a dominant score at such a young age speaks volumes about his dedication and mental strength. Exceptional composure, David! We have an incredible story of grit and determination to share today! 🏊‍♀️✨ A massive congratulations to Anne-Marie from Presbyterian Ladies' College for her unforgettable performance at the School Sport Victoria State Swimming Championships! 🥇🏆 Anne-Marie was swimming the final leg of the 9/10 years 4x50m freestyle relay, with her team trailing the leaders by a massive six metres. Showing absolute determination, she chased them down, swam a brilliant personal best time of 36 seconds—which is a phenomenal six seconds faster than her best time last year—and touched the wall just 38 milliseconds ahead to secure first place! What an incredible achievement from the pool! Huge congratulations to brothers Menzel and Nelson from Timboon P-12 College, who both qualified for the SSV State Swimming Championships. 🏅 Hailing from the rural south-west town of Timboon, these two talented athletes absolute smashed it. Nelson swam his way to a brilliant second place in the 9/10 years backstroke, while Menzel achieved spectacular personal best times in the under 11 age group. 🥈⏱️ The brothers also teamed up to proudly represent their school in the under 11 freestyle relay at the state championships, as well as the medley relay at the Greater Western Region event.
