Table Tennis

School Sport Victoria (SSV) provides secondary students with the opportunity to participate in Table Tennis through a structured interschool program. These competitions focus on skill development, teamwork, and fair play, providing a pathway from local matches to the State Championships.

2025 Senior Boys and Girls State Champions - Glen Waverley Secondary College

SSV conducts Table Tennis State Championships exclusively for secondary school students. These events celebrate the achievements of young athletes and allow them to compete against the best teams in the state.

Competition Age Groups

Competitions are organised into specific year levels and gender divisions to ensure fair and engaging play:

  • Year 7: Girls and Boys/Mixed
  • Year 8: Girls and Boys/Mixed
  • Intermediate (Years 9 to 10): Girls and Boys/Mixed
  • Senior (Years 11 to 12): Girls and Boys/Mixed
