The SSV Convenor360 App is a vital tool designed to make your role more effective. It allows you to manage events, access resources, and ensure a safe environment for all participants, including mainstream and multiclass students.

The Convenor360 App provides a mobile-ready resource to our SSV personnel, everything you need to run a successful competition at your fingertips.
By using this app, you can:
- Complete essential event documentation onsite.
- Access the mandatory SSV Safety Checklist.
- Locate specific rules of competition instantly.
- Upload event photos and team sheets directly from the field.
- Submit convenor reports via your mobile device.

Safety is our top priority. To ensure every SSV event meets Department of Education health and safety, legal, and risk mitigation standards, the SSV Safety Checklist is now a vital requirement.
This checklist is mandatory for all District, Division, Region, and State events.
Key Facts About the Checklist
- Efficiency: It takes just 3 to 4 minutes to complete.
- Replacement: This digital tool replaces all previous risk assessment checklists.
- Timing: You must complete the checklist before any SSV activity or competition begins.
- Confirmation: Once finished, you will receive a confirmation email. A copy is also stored in the SSV safety checklist database for health and safety records.
Safety Reminders for Every Event
The checklist provides essential reminders for organisers, including:
- Identifying the named Child Safe Officer for the event.
- Verifying that the venue is fit for purpose.
- Implementing positive behaviour rules for sports such as basketball and soccer.
