Registrations for the 12 Years and Under Girls team opened on Wednesday, 15 April 2026.

Registrations for the 12 Years and Under Boys team opened on Wednesday, 15 April 2026.

There is no late registration period for Hockey.
School Sport Victoria enters one representative team in each of the following School Sport Australia Hockey Championships:
- 12 Years and Under Girls
- 12 Years and Under Boys
- 15 Years and Under Girls
- 15 Years and Under Boys
