What is Ultimate?

Ultimate is simple to learn and easy to set up. To get started, you only need a disc, eight marker cones, and a group of students. Key features of the sport include:

• Self-Refereed: Players are responsible for adhering to and overseeing the rules through the "Spirit of the Game."
• Inclusive Teams: Competitions usually feature co-ed teams where all students play together.
• Athletic and Fast-Paced: The game promotes physical literacy and teamwork.
