Gymnastics Victoria Partnered Events

Gymnastics Victoria hosts State Finals on behalf of School Sport Victoria (SSV). To celebrate excellence and participation, SSV provides an award to the Best Performed Primary School and the Best Performed Secondary School during these partnered events.

AeroSchools Championships

Are your students ready to showcase their coordination and energy? The AeroSchools Championships offer a fantastic competitive environment for both primary and secondary levels. AeroSchools is your school’s qualifying pathway to the National Championships hosted by Gymnastics Australia, each state hosts its own AeroSchools events, where participants can progress to the national stage.

• Primary AeroSchools: 30 July
• Secondary AeroSchools: 31 July
• Venue: Narrandjeri Stadium, 281 Darebin Road, Thornbury (map)

Gymstar Schools

Formerly known as Interschool Gymnastics, Gymstar Schools is a week-long event catering to both primary and secondary schools.

• Dates: 24 to 28 August (Primary school sessions generally take place during the first half of the week).
• Venue: Knox Gymnastics Club, 291 George Street, Wantirna South (map)
