Baseball
School Sport Victoria champions Baseball opportunities for students to play, value, and connect through sport. The interschool program invites Secondary students to compete in State Championships across year levels, while Primary students participate in Tee Ball. For athletes aspiring to represent Victoria at the national level, SSV selects a representative Team Vic squad for the 18 Years and Under category to compete at the School Sport Australia Championships. Competition Pathway
State Finals are conducted by SSV and provide a pathway for secondary school teams to play against other schools and progress through to the State Final:
Division > Region > State
For primary school students, the interschool program focuses on Tee Ball.
Age Groups
Secondary schools can enter teams for the following age groups:
- Year 7: Boys/Mixed
- Year 8: Boys/Mixed
- Intermediate (Years 9 and 10): Boys/Mixed
- Senior (Year 11 and 12): Boys/Mixed
