SSV Wellness Series

School Sport Victoria has partnered with Proactivity to present students with a Virtual Wellness series.

The series includes four activity options that will progress over a four week period so that participants can see their skills and fitness improve.

Sessions will be made available weekly and can be safely completed from home or school with minimal equipment needed. 

Each session is 30 minutes long and will teach the fundamental movements involved in each activity and will also include a challenge to finish off each lesson. 

Worksheets also accompany each Virtual Wellness Session so that teachers, students and parents can tie each activities learnings back to the Victorian Health & Physical Education curriculum. 

Activities on offer include: 

  • Bootcamp (fitness class)

  • Yoga

  • Karate

  • Street Dance
